01. Nature of Deliverables
Voxora Solutions provides intangible, digital services. No physical products are shipped via postal or courier services. Fulfillment is considered complete once the digital assets are handed over or deployed as per the project agreement.
02. Fulfillment Channels
Delivery of project milestones occurs through the following secure digital channels:
- Direct Deployment: Integration into your AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud production environments.
- Source Access: Transfer of ownership via GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket repositories.
- Technical Documentation: Delivery of architecture maps and API documentation via secure PDF/Notion links.

Delivery dates are contingent upon the project complexity defined in your Statement of Work (SOW):

Since all deliverables are digital, there are zero shipping or handling fees associated with any service provided by Voxora Solutions.
