01. Engagement
By utilizing the digital solutions provided by Voxora Solutions, you agree to comply with our operational framework. We specialize in high-performance Web Systems and AI Architecture, and these terms ensure a transparent delivery cycle.
02. Digital Assets
Voxora delivers custom-engineered code and designs. Intellectual Property (IP) transfer occurs upon successful settlement of the final invoice.
03. Financial Protocols
All financial transactions are conducted securely via Razorpay. We require a 50% technical commencement fee for all custom software and AI training modules. Deliverables are released as per the milestones defined in your specific Statement of Work (SOW).
04. Liability
Voxora is not liable for third-party server downtimes or API deprecations (AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI). We provide 30-day post-launch hyper-care to ensure system stability.
