Our commitment to engineering excellence is backed by a clear, final-sale financial framework.
01. Strict 24-Hour Window
Clients may request a cancellation within 24 hours of the initial transaction for a full refund.
After this 24-hour period, all payments are strictly non-refundable.
Once the technical sprint has been initiated and resources (developers/architects) have been allocated, the project commencement fee is permanently locked for procurement and planning.
02. No Milestone Refunds
As a digital agency, our work is released in iterative milestones.
Once a specific milestone (e.g., UI/UX Design, Backend Architecture, or Beta Deployment) has been reached or approved, the corresponding payment is considered earned. No refunds will be provided for any work completed or in progress beyond the initial 24-hour grace period.
03. Processing Timeline
Eligible refunds (requested within the 24-hour window) are initiated within 7-10 working days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method via our payment partner, Razorpay.
